Exciting Announcement: Our New Spa Garden Is Here!

We are very excited to announce the opening of our new spa garden – a space dedicated to relaxation and recuperation for all of our members and guests to benefit from. This is the latest addition to our wellbeing spa area and we are looking forward to welcoming all of you to enjoy these new facilities. 

So, what can you find in our new spa garden? The standout feature is our barrel sauna. The reasons we’ve chosen a barrel sauna over a traditional rectangular design are to ensure that we stay true to our eco-conscious approach in everything we do.

Barrel saunas are more energy efficient than their rectangular counterparts. Their shape is designed to improve air circulation and allows for faster heating, which not only helps to maintain their temperature but also means we use less energy getting it warmed up for you. 

Some users also feel that their bodies warm up more evenly in a barrel sauna than in a sauna of a different design, which means you get a better experience all round. 

Of course, no sauna is complete without a way to cool down immediately after exiting, which is why we have also installed a cold shower so you can get the full benefits of your sauna experience. 

Regularly enjoying a sauna followed by a cold shower helps to boost your immune system, detoxifies the body and can improve circulation. Not to mention the fact that it makes you feel incredible afterwards. 

But we didn’t want to make our spa garden only about the sauna, so you’ll also find a range of relaxation spaces in this soothing environment, including hammocks and loungers where you can unwind and destress in your own time – whether you’ve used the sauna or not. 

And let’s not forget that you can find a wide assortment of delicious refreshments at our cafe and bar, enjoying them outside in the spa garden at your leisure.

This is all part of our broader plan to support the environment while providing a wellness hub for those in the Suffolk area, where our members can access fitness and relaxation classes as well as tap into the benefits of cold water therapy in various forms.
